All students have free access to the sources on our website which provides a wealth of information on all career topics. This includes information on resume writing, interviewing, job searching, preparing for graduate and professional school and more! We also have many web based links for job searching. FOCUS -  this is a comprehensive career assessment tool to help you make decisions about your future career goals

 

CareerBeam – contains an Organizational Database which allows you to search for employers in your target area by zip code, industry, and more; also has industry and occupational guides to learn more about careers and prepare for a job search; if you are undecided about your career, you can also check out the career exploration tools!

 

What Can I Do With This Major? – contains handouts that provide career paths based on your major; each major also has corresponding web resources such as professional organizations and job search sites

Depending upon their availability they may be able to help you prepare a resume, begin a job search, critique your cover letter, help you choose a career, or register you for the Bobcat Online Job Search Program.
