Being an ally is important because it affirms the rights of everyone to be fully participating members of our society without the threat of discrimination and it promotes the living diversity within our midst.

I am proud to be a vocal supporter and advocate for the LGBT community at Ohio and within our larger society.

THOUGHTS FOR NON-LGBT PEOPLE ABOUT LGBT PEOPLE AND CONCERNS:
Allow people to live their lives without being judgmental, narrow-minded, discriminatory or bigoted. Educated individuals should be above such behavior.
