Wired Internet
Offices, classrooms, labs, departmental meeting spaces, and residence hall rooms on campus come standard with at least one high-speed, always-available, Ethernet jack for accessing the campus network and the Internet. Connections are either 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps, depending on location. OIT currently is in the midst of a series of projects (some completed, some still in the planning phase) to upgrade primary academic and administrative locations.
