Request Labels, Lists and E-Mails
The Office of Information Technology processes Student Organization and Departmental requests for labels, lists and e-mails. To make a request you must submit a form from the links below. We ask that you make your request a minimum of two weeks in advance of the date needed.
Student Organization Requests
Student Organization Requests - Registered student organizations can request ad-hoc e-mails, mailing labels, lists, or electronic mail files of students, faculty, and/or staff. *NOTE: The request must be made by the student organizational advisor.
Departmental Requests
E-Mails - to All Faculty/Staff
If your e-mail is intended for faculty/staff at all campuses, faculty/staff at all regional campuses, or faculty/staff for the Athens campus your message must go through Communications & Marketing. Your information will be included in an email, titled Today's Outlook, which will be sent each weekday morning to all faculty and staff e-mail accounts. You will need to submit your request by 5 p.m. at least three (3) business days in advance of the desired publication date to this e-mail address: news@ohio.edu. The announcement must appear in the body of the e-mail or be included in a separate Word or text document (spreadsheets and tables cannot be accepted.) Special symbols such as long dashes, curly quotes and bullets should not be used. Submitted announcements must include a contact name, phone number and/or e-mail address, which will be posted with the announcement to ensure readers have a source for additional information.
